Bought 50 credits for $2.99, took pics of my two documents and voìla! Easiest thing Ive done all morning :)

Sent 3 fax sets. The second set didnt process and I never got refunded of my credits. Its an iffy product

Very well designed. Im not ok with the decision to use credits. How about I pay a flat $.99 for a one time fax Im sending. Because I rarely send a fax and the remaining 40 credits will just be wasted... Therefore my fax cost me $2.99. Other services were just $.99.

Seems to work pretty well. Just make sure youve got a good internet connection to send files.

In other words you cant fax anything without buying "credits" at a ridiculous price. I didnt expect it to be free, but I didnt expect to get gouged either. No idea if it works or not, because I didnt buy credits....

After spending money for the credits and sending some time sensitive faxes I found out they never received them. Even though they say on the app that they were sent.

I love this app is very easy to use! A bit expensive when sending multiple pages because you have to buy credits! But it gets the job done!!

Unable to fax for free like other apps .

On 1st try it worked. Had two documents to fax, both successful on my end. ***side note u have to purchase credits*** worth it, especially if on a deadline like I was.

Why are you charging for cover letters!!!???

I had over 200 credit and now theyre all gone. Cant find customer service or anyone. I initially tried to buy$10 which never went through so upon trying again I noticed I have double purchased the credit and its been about 2 months and now all the credit is gone. What a rip off.
