Bad -5*

I write this review because of the bad support and service. I was using tiny fax because it looks nice but once i wanted to send a fax from italy to italy i was billed for the service. they knew that it would be not possible. instead to pop up message: service not available for your country! they billed me for the service. i wrote them to refund me but nothing. It is only 0.89€ but it is not their money.
Im using a free service now.. That work smooth less and without additional cost. And i support them!
