Pay per fax not what I bargained for

This doe fax and does it well but they change to get the app and then charge per fax. I give this a zero especially for how much they charge per fax. Wish I had known I would not have paid for the app. My phone should be able to fax with an app and no extra charges. Maybe there is something I am ignorant to but I find it hard to believe otherwise.
